DESIGN PACKAGE
We offer design services both large and small. Depending on the
project, the design package could include paint, fabric and finish selections, dimensional layout plans and material and construction budgets. Once the design package is finalized the client may choose to implement the design themselves or have Jenkins DesignWorks move forward with the project management phase. Our goal is to tailor the experience to meet your needs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once a design plan has been finalized the implementation, execution
and management of the project are the next steps.
Jenkins DesignWorks offers project management services that include: hiring and scheduling subcontractors, managing construction and delivery timelines, overseeing the quality of construction and keeping
our clients within budget. With a background in renovating properties
for profit we know the importance of meeting timelines and budgets,
and we bring that focus to our client's projects as well.
